Chippy, Our Elf on the Shelf

Chippy, our Elf on the Shelf, returned this Christmas season. Kiera found him almost immediately each morning. Here are a few of the places Chippy hid.

 Chippy left Kiera a note and three packs of gum balls to share 

with her friends. He also told her to watch her whining!

Crocker Park Fun

We spent one last day with Auntie Em (Paul stayed home because he wasn't feeling well) at Crocker Park. We enjoyed lunch at the Cheesecake Factory and split a dulce de leche piece of cheesecake five ways. After lunch, we had a family photo shoot with the Christmas decorations at Crocker. 

Littlest Love

We enjoyed our time with our littlest love and were sad to see him (and his parents) go! 

Christmas Morning

Kiera, our sweet girl, woke us up on Christmas morning around 7am. She came into our room and hugged me and said "Merry Christmas, Mom" then went around to Dave's side of the bed and did the same to him. She was happy to see that Santa left her a note and ate the cookies she left out. She was embarrassed to read Santa told her to watch her whining! She has an untraditional approach to opening gifts, she opens one, then plays with it for a while...our present opening lasts quite a while.  The best gift of all this holiday season was having our whole family with us!
