Christmas Card Photo Shoot

I love good stationery and sending cards in the mail. I especially love Christmas cards. Time got away from me and I *almost* didn't send cards out. But when Kiera and I drove down to the farm to feed the ducks, we had a little Christmas Card photo shoot at the She Shed.

Look at the thin layer of ice on the pond

Kiera's driveway pics are my fave!

The She Shed got some Christmas touches...wreaths, trees and buffalo check pillows

This is the shot we used for the cards!

Happy 4th of July!

The girls had fun at Bay Days and later at "our spot" for
fireworks, which is in front of PNC bank.

I made Kiera pose for this pic...
...so we could recreate this pic of Ty and Ryan circa 1998!

After celebrating the fourth at home, we went to the farm with Mimi and Papa.
 Maxi donned her patriotic bandana!

It wouldn't be a holiday if we didn't dress Hazel up and make
her pose for pictures!

Valentine's Day Kette Style

We continued our Valentine's Day tradition of making cards for each
other and delivering the cards to our Valentine mailboxes.
Then we dined on heart shaped pizza.

Christmas 2014 Recap

As always, we enjoyed our two week Christmas Break. We didn't do anything over the top, but enjoyed being home and the company of our family and friends. Kiera's list to santa included Ty Beanie Boo stuffed animals (my girl loves her some stuffed animals...they are her favorite "toy"),  sparkly markers, regular markers, a big bike (which she didn't really need, and didn't get), an ATV for kids and a bookbag. We went to Mimi and Papa's house for Christmas Eve and had our traditional fondue dinner then split our Christmas Day between Aunt Dorothy's and Adam and Kathi's houses.  There was no snow this Christmas.
