Angie's Annual Halloween Party

We had fun at Angie's Annual Halloween Party! I think it's the fourth year we've been going. Dave and I didn't dress up, though in the pic above, Dave donned a wig and some shades for a pretty funny shot. We stayed about an hour, as our little witch Kiera was up past her bedtime.

Community Halloween Party

Saturday, while Dave worked around the house, Kiera and I went to the Community Halloween Party at the gym. She wore her witch costume from last year because I've yet to figure out how to make a snake costume, which is what she wants to be. Kiera got her hand painted, made a ghost craft, made a necklace, played a few carnival games, listened to story hour and did tumbling in the gym.

Our trips to PIB always include taking the dog for a walk around the monument. Often times, papa takes Kiera so the big girls can enjoy some peace and quiet (read magazines and sneak some fudge or taffy) or do a chore. But the whole fan goes a lot of times too. Here's my Lake Erie girl...

PIB Oktoberfest

We went to Put in Bay this weekend for the Oktoberfest. The weather was a-ma-zing! We wore shorts and t-shirts. The German food was delish, as was the lobster bisque. Kiera now knows what algae is because the lake was covered in it!
