Birthday Dinner at Crop

We celebrated my 33rd birthday at Crop Bistro. I had two great surprises...the restaurant choice (I had been wanting to try Crop at it's new location as I had been there when it was located in the warehouse district) and a very generous birthday gift! It was a Coach birthday! Mimi and Papa got me a wallet, Emily got me a clutch, Ryan and Jason got me a purse. I love them...but I love my great family more! It was a great day!

Our Little Firecracker!

Our little firecracker had some fun playing with sparklers!

Later that evening, we had a visit from another little firecracker.

This baby raccoon swung in our hanging basket for about 20 minutes!

pickles with our garden cucumbers,

a loaf of wheat bread

with Mimi's bread maker

and our own butter 

by shaking heavy cream.

It tasted great shared with friends!

Brent and Heather's Wedding

We had our second family wedding this summer...this time in Kalida. I only got one picture of the bride and groom and none of Kiera and her girl cousins; shame on me! I did get a nice one of Papa and his siblings so that makes up for it.

Cleveland Zoo

Today we went with Grandpa to the Cleveland Zoo. Kiera toured the zoo on grandpa's shoulders. Kiera's favorite animal is the wolves, Grandpa's favorite animal was the polar bear and I liked the elephants. Next up, the Akron Zoo!
