Our project is almost complete! Kiera gets a screw...

Vacuuming the Snow

A lot of snow has fallen over the past few days. We have about 6 inches of snow. We haven't gotten a chance to really play in it, as it's been too cold...but when it warms up a bit, we'll be ready. So what does this picture have to do with anything? Dave when outside to clear the driveway using the snowblower. Kiera and I were watching him from the window. She pointed to daddy and said, "Daddy's vacuumin' the snow."

Happy Birthday, Ty!

We celebrated Ty's 17th birthday on Monday, January 4th. We went to dinner at Panini's and then for ice cream at Mitchell's.

Our 1st Project of 2010

Can you tell from these pictures what our first DIY project of 2010 is? I'll post the "after" pictures as soon as the project is complete.

Walking in a Winter Wonderland

Kiera and I bundled up and took a very short walk (two doors down) to deliver a "new baby" gift to our neighbors...a future playmate for Kiera!

New Year's Eve

We spent a lovely New Year's Eve afternoon with Grandpa and Great Grandma Jean...we didn't take any pictures. In the evening, Mimi and Papa came over for dinner.

We ended 2009 with a delicious dinner...Filet Mignon, lobster tails, Caesar salad and baked potatoes. Yum!
