Sledding

We went sledding at Huntington Woods and as you can see, there wasn't much snow, but there was much fun! Kiera enjoyed her first real time sledding she wasn't scared at all, and didn't scream, just laughed. Also note how appropriately dressed Dave is! We went down the hill about 8 times, then headed to Mojo's Coffee House for hot cocoa (Kiera), hot tea (me) and a mocha (Dave). We joined Ty who was already at the coffee house studying...as he does most evenings.

Ty's Second Birthday Dinner

We wanted to celebrate Ty's birthday with Kelly too, so we went out again the day after his birthday. We had a "grown up" only dinner as Kiera spent the night at Mimi and Papa's house. We tried this delish appetizer...wild buffalo rolls. Large egg rolls, stuffed with cheddar, chicken, pepporoni with a dry blue hot sauce. Good eats! I could have eaten them all myself. Dave, Ty and I had our usual...walleye hogie with cheddar. Afterward, we went to Mitchell's for ice cream, but we were all so stuffed, none of us finished our ice cream.

New Year's Eve

We had a laid back family celebration on New Year's Eve. We had yummy appetizers and a chocolatey birthday cake for Chris. Kiera fell asleep in the car on the way to Amy's house and her little power nap enabled her to stay up until midnight! She fell asleep in the car on the way home and didn't wake up
until 9:30 the next day.
