Cavs Parade

What an electrifying time for the City of Cleveland as the Cavs are the NBA Champs!

Mimi, Kiera and I headed downtown to celebrate (along with 1.3 million other people!)

the Cavs at a parade downtown. We took the rapid downtown. It was very crowded,

but a controlled chaos. When the parade was over, we headed  for home rather than

staying to listen to the player's speeches. We started to head to Tower City to catch

the rapid, but it was very packed. We called Dave and thankfully, he picked

us up at the Westside Market (we huffed and puffed across the Lorain Carnegie Bridge).

We were hot, tired and hungry. We headed to Si Senor's to eat, enjoy

the air conditioning and listen to the speeches on the TV.

It was super crowded, super hot but super awesome...and a day we'll never forget!

 Sooooo many people!

City Champs!

The Lady Jaguars are the city champs! Kiera and I went to the game. She picked going to the game over going to gymnastics, which kind of surprised me. On the way to the game, Kiera said, "I know two tails. Tailing, when you follow someone and they don't see you and tail like a dog tail or a cat tail." I love my little wordsmith! Then we talked about a third tale...a fairy tale.

 Nice face, Kier!

 Kiera LOVES Ms. Joseph!

 Number ONE!

Kiera wanted to play too, so Ms. Joesph found her a ball

Tired out from too much fun!

YMCA

We joined the YMCA in January and we've since had a lot of fun there! We practiced shooting hoops in the gym, then went swimming. And the best part...Kiera took an hour nap when we got home!

Ready to go!

Basketball

Look who is learning to dribble a basketball! She can dribble six bounces before she looses control of the ball. She starts tot basketball tomorrow at the YMCA. We got a new youth basketball at Target and we picked blue and gold for the Wildcats.
