Easter Basket

The Easter Bunny hid Kiera's Easter Basket behind the basket under the entry way table this year! He brought new goggles, Oreos, hand lettering markers and more.

Easter 2016

We started our Easter celebration on Saturday because Em and Paul were in town. No celebration is complete without a doggie photo shoot and Hazel and Brooke did not disappoint! On Easter Sunday, we went to Amy's house since this may be their last holiday in their current house as they are moving. The weather was so beautiful that we spent most of the day outside.

Easter Morning! Kiera's basket was nestled in the guest
room pillows. Also note her pajamas...her favorite jimmies
are Dave's t-shirts!

The best Easter gift of all...a beautiful, 70 degree day!

What happened to Kiera's Easter dress?

Lots of love for Brooke when we got home!

Happy 2014!

Happy 2014! We rang in the new year with a quiet night at home. We decorated (see Kiera's bunting in the background?), enjoyed a lovely Sprite and rock candy cocktail, played games, ate Chinese food, made Borax crystal snowflakes,  and two of us were in bed at 9!

Saturday, April 7th

We did two fun things on April 7th!

We went to an Easter Egg Hunt in Fairview Park sponsored by a church.
They had 100,000 eggs! It was pretty chaotic, but fun. Kiera found about 15 eggs.

Then we went out to dinner to celebrate Mimi's birthday.
Mimi was the guest of honor, but we were glad to have two of our
favorite college kids there too. Cheers!
