Kiera and I drove up to Sandusky today to visit Grandma and Grandpa Kette. Grandma's birthday was on September 10th. We started our day off going out to lunch at Berardi's. Berardi's used to have a french fry stand at Cedar Point and Dave used to work there as a teenager. I had never been there before...but I will be back! It's sooo delish! Thanks for a lovely afternoon, Grandma and Grandpa Kette!

Fun Day with Ryan Part III
Last stop, Deer Park in Sandusky. Dave used to take the boys there when they were younger...so I think it's precious that Ryan took Kiera there. As we all know, Kiera LOVES animals, so this was right up her alley. Ryan said she spent almost 2 hours playing with the goat. She wanted to take him home as a pet.
Wanting to look her best for the animals,
Kiera used an entire stick of "wip" gloss.

Friday Fun with Grandpa and Great Gram
Kiera knows that Grandpa and Gram come to play on Fridays. These photos were taken two weeks ago, the first Friday of the school year. They started off with a trip to take Gram to the doctor. No Friday would be complete without a trip to the Nature Center. Grandpa always brings Kiera some kind of treat. It used to be diapers when she was a baby; now, he's gotten more creative...See last photo!

Wildcats are 1-1
Ignatius played the Bedford Bearcats on Friday night. They won, 36 to 17. When we got to the game, we had to put Kiera in her Wildcat gear so we changed her in the car. Look who changed in the car next to us...
The Wildcat Mascot
we walked past the Wildcat and Kiera said,
"He's my buddy."

Fun Day with Ryan Part I
Driveway Part I
We finally got a new driveway! We had a lot of prep work to complete before the big day....moving a bunch of hostas, a rosebush, basil (and other random plants I can't remember) removing the neighbors shrubs on our property line all while keeping Kiera occupied. It's a good thing our girl loves dirt!
Auntie Kate let us borrow her wheelbarrow, again!
(Thanks, Kate!)I meant to take before pics, but never
got around to it...but this pic shows it a little bit.
