Walk in the Woods

After the playground we went for a walk in the woods. 

We finished our afternoon with a trip to Malley's for ice cream. 

Soaking up the Warm Weather

We took advantage of the warm weather and headed to the playground.

Kiera's favorite activity was to run through the playground and "keep away"

from Dave and me.

Yellow Glasses

Kiera always finds interesting things when she looks

through Mimi's cupboards...this time around it was yellow 

sunglass frames. Everyone happily modeled them, ha!

Do we know how to have a good time, or what?!

Clam Bake

Mimi and Papa had us over for a clam bake last night. The clams were out of this world! Kiera tried some too, but she wasn't that fond of them. After dinner, we headed outside for a campfire and marshmallows. It was a great fall evening!

Witch Hat

Found this little doggie witch hat for a dollar and I couldn't resist!

 Brooke always kisses our faces when we take pictures because we say

 "good girl" when she poses well, then she gets all excited and licks/kisses!

Chicagoland Visit!

We had a fun visit to Chicago this weekend

 to see our favorite pug and favorite sister/aunt!

 The pizza chef at the Italian restaurant we went to gave tossed Kiera

some pizza dough. She had fun playing with her dough! It was

really messy....we are still finding bits of dough here and there, and I

bet Mimi is too!

 Kiera learned the old rhyme song "Engine, Engine Number Nine, 

goin' down Chicago line. If the train should jump the track, do you 

want your money back? Yes, no, maybe so?" so we had to take

pictures of the Chicago train line!
